The ASERP provides a Letter of
Invitation to confirm that your paper submission and registration have been accepted by
the conference committee. This letter, issued in English, can assist with your visa
application process but does not guarantee approval.
Invitation letters will be issued
only after your registration and payment are fully completed. The letter will be sent
to you via email once your registration is confirmed.
To request an invitation letter, kindly email us at [email protected] with the following details:

A Scan Copy of your Passport
Please note that ASERP cannot
influence or control the visa application process or the embassy’s decision. The
conference is not responsible for the issuance of visas. Visa processing times can vary
by country, so we strongly recommend that you start your visa application as early as
possible.
If your visa application is
denied, ASERP cannot intervene or alter the decision made by the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs or the respective embassy. We will not engage in discussions with the
authorities on your behalf.
